OBJECTIVE OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The objective of this RFP is to select a qualified and experienced event organizer and event
management firm to plan, coordinate, and manage events under the EDGE Program.
The selected firm will be fully responsible for the end-to-end management of events,
including logistical arrangements, stakeholder coordination, on-site execution, and
post-event reporting. Events will be hosted nationally, including multiple regional locations.
The selected firm will be responsible for, but not limited to:
● Plans and coordinates 3 high-quality events across 3 regions
● Provides all necessary logistics, and materials for smooth event delivery
● Manages on-site execution, including speakers and participants
● Delivers post-event reports, attendance records, and key outcomes to EDGE Program
