OBJECTIVE OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
To select a qualified training service provider to deliver structured and high-quality training for
the FetroAder, Qegint and Ride Kitchen products of Hybrid Designs’ EDGE program. This program
aims to achieve the following overarching goal:
To provide youth (15-35 years) with the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to access
and thrive in opportunities within the domestic and offshore outsourcing industry, ultimately
contributing to the creation of dignified employment for economically disadvantaged young
people especially young women across Ethiopia.
The selected firm will be responsible for creating and implementing structured training programs,
ensuring both content quality and effective delivery, while reaching and engaging youth participants
across multiple regions during the one-year agreement period (2026).
Scope of work
The service provider is expected to train approximately 60,000 youth participants over the
